These workouts are suitable for all fitness levels. However for clients who are absolute beginners, have chronic health issues or multiple injuries we recommend booking in for a personal training session first to assess if group fitness will be suitable for you.

STRENGTH - Experience a transformative strength workout that will sculpt your body and build real strength. Our qualified and very experienced trainers will safely coach you to perfect techniques and introduce you to new exercises. Our carefully curated sessions will work muscles you never realised you had! Exercises can be scaled down or up depending on the client's ability.
WOMEN'S CORE - With a focus on strengthening glutes, lats, abdominal and lower back muscles, we also include drills to improve your balance. Using Pilates inspired exercises and a range of equipment, sessions are pelvic floor safe and lead by an experienced and qualified trainer.
WOMEN'S FULL BODY - Perfect for beginner to intermediate fitness levels, women of all ages, and clients who require a more gentle workout than our 5:30pm Strength. These sessions are designed to empower our clients by combining cardio and strength training. A comprehensive workout catering to women's unique needs in a safe and judgmental-free environment with other like-minded women.
