These workouts are suitable for all fitness levels. However for clients who are absolute beginners, have chronic health issues or multiple injuries we recommend booking in for a personal training session first to assess if group fitness will be suitable for you.

$20 per person, per session
$50 per person for a week (Mon - Sat)
We accept cash & bank transfer
Weekly price must be paid on the first session attended for that week - it can not be transferred to another week or part-paid throughout the week
