Train when convenient, with a program designed for you.
Choose how many sessions you want each week, whether you're training at the gym or at home, with equipment or just bodyweight. 

We offer two levels of programming:

Basic: $30 per week, programmed fortnightly
- Goal focused programming: general strength, fat loss or conditioning to cover two weeks of training (2-4 sessions per week)

- Weekly check-in
- Exercise demonstration videos (if required)

- General supplement & nutrition advice
- Easy to follow format 

- Delivered via Google Drive, Messenger, or What's App and My Net Diary


Standard: $60 per week, programmed fortnightly
- Individualised exercise program to cover two weeks of training

- Strengths, weaknesses, injuries, and preferences taken into account

- Weekly check-in
- Exercise demonstration videos (if required)

- Video feedback (optional)

- Recovery recommendations

- General supplement & nutrition advice
- Easy to follow format 

- Delivered via Google Drive, Messenger, or What's App and My Net Diary
