At Iron Oak Fitness, we understand that every body is unique, with their own strengths, limitations and goals.
With over 12 years experience as trainers, we specialise in women's fitness, strength and conditioning.
We take a holistic approach at an affordable price.

OUR TRAINING

We offer a range of exercise styles and programs designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Our personal training sessions provide one-on-one attention and guidance in person or online, while our small group exercise classes offer a fun and supportive environment.
Our group sessions can consist of weight lifting, strength training, HIIT, boxing, pilates, circuit training, strongman, powerlifting, and bootcamp style workouts.

We also offer community fitness options running sessions for workplaces, sporting clubs, kindergartens, youth groups, and social groups.

We also offer short focus programs, regular workshops, training for NDIS clients, and social events that are designed to support your fitness journey.

We work out of our home studio in Skye, and also conduct group and personal training in Carrum Downs, Seaford, Frankston, Langwarrin, Cranbourne, and Sandhurst areas.

Our Story

Our Story

After working in local gyms, Simon and Simonne started their fitness journey together and founded Iron Hulk Fitness in 2013. They have assisted clients to achieved incredible results with their personal training, group exercise sessions, overseas fitness trips and through many powerlifting and strongman competitions.  As their family grew, chronic health issues arose and the pandemic hit, Simon and Simonne chose to step back from the business and focus on spending more time as a family. Still working as personal trainers part time it wasn't long until their hearts desired to rebuild a fitness community again, and Iron Oak Fitness was born. Strength, Endurance, Stability, and Longevity.

"I aspire to coach clients to be their best version of themselves and achieve their fitness goals - whatever that might be. Exercise and sport has always been a big part of my life, training in powerlifting, strongman, Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Crossfit, basketball, and marathon running. I have competed in many competitions including The Arnold's Strongman, Proraw, GPC Powerlifting and Run The Lighthouse (55km run). I am currently coaching the Skye Sonics U8 girls team. I use my experience and education to coach both male and female clients of all ages and fitness levels. Many of my clients have competed and placed in state and national strongman and powerlifting competitions. I specialises in: •Weight loss •Strength training •Technique development •Powerlifting •Strongman training •Online Coaching •Hybrid training •Fitness boxing I also work casually as an electrician and when I am not working or exercising I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing, playing bass guitar and listening podcasts."

"I take a holistic approach in my coaching and am proactive in learning about different health conditions and injuries so I can assist my clients in the best way possible. I bring extensive health and product knowledge from working 10 years in pharmacy and as a massage/cupping therapist, as well as personal experience as a mother, living with chronic health conditions, and my own weight-loss journey. I have coached a wide range of clients and conducted a variety of group fitness classes such as HIIT, METCON, Pilates, Pregnancy, and Mums & Bubs sessions. I specialise in: •Fat-loss & metabolism •Core & pelvic floor strengthening •Preparing post-natal clients for fitness/sport •Pregnancy safe exercising •Exercise during menopause •Exercising with chronic health conditions •Stress management •Nutrition •Exercise for senior adults"
