9 WEEK PROGRAM - From 22nd September until 19th November we will be running a 9 week progressive program which will focus on increasing your strength in Deadlifts & Bench Press.

During this time the only casual group fitness sessions that will run will be the women's only.


WOMEN'S BUMS & TUMS - You will tone and strengthen your core with workouts specially designed to target your glute and abdominal muscles. Using Pilates inspired exercises and a range of equipment you can enjoy exercising in a safe and judgmental-free environment with other like-minded women.

WOMEN'S FULL BODY CIRCUIT - Perfect for beginner to intermediate fitness levels, women of all ages, and clients who require a more gentle workout. These sessions are designed to empower our clients by combining cardio and strength training for a comprehensive workout catering to women's unique needs. Sessions are pelvic floor safe and lead by an experienced and qualified trainer.
