Sessions are tailored towards your goals along with exercises to strengthen your core muscles and correcting muscle imbalances while ensuring you have correct technique in all your movements. We can assist with areas such as nutrition or refer you to suitable practitioners if more attention is required to assist you in meeting your goals.
Personal training sessions in our home studio in Skye, are held as Private Training or Semi-Private Training - with one or two other friends.
We also offer online coaching which is tailored towards your needs. Please contact for more information.
