Perfect for beginner to intermediate fitness levels, women of all ages, and clients who require a more gentle workout.
These sessions are designed to empower our clients by combining low impact cardio and various forms of strength training for a comprehensive workout catering to women's unique needs.
Sessions are pelvic floor safe and lead by Simonne, an experienced and qualified trainer.
Enjoy exercising in a safe and judgmental-free environment.
